Every dog is different and so is every situation. We will set up a very specific game plan to address all issues you may have. More serious problem behaviors will require a more strict game plan, but if everyone that spends time with this dog(s) is on board with the curriculum then there will be a higher chance of success with creating more consistent behavior changes.

• Basic obedience in home (or at local Meeting spot) Lessons

• This is what most dogs will begin with. I will be teaching you (owner/family) how to teach your dog specific behaviors that are desirable in the house and outside in real life scenarios. Usually we start with in home sessions first and can work up to more distracting environments as we progress in our training plan.  The goal is to have a highly motivated dog who will understand and listen in any environment! 

  Basic OB commands we specialize in;

• Sit

• Down 

• Recall (come when called) 

• Place (sending to a specific spot and staying until released) ex: bed, dog cot, crate.

• Leave it ( whatever you want the dog to leave alone )

• Crate training ( highly recommended with puppies and new dogs )

• House manners ( teaching the dogs how to successfully live with us in our household )

• Out or drop it - dropping whatever they have in their mouth until you let them have access to it again 

• daycare, enrichment & training days

• Our day care enrichment program is geared more towards high energy dogs that need “a little extra”; whether that’s with exercise, being fulfilled as a dog through structured game play, training for anything they need more work in, socializing with other dogs, manners around people and building confidence. 

  We have many different activities we can do with your dog depending on what they enjoy!

  This will take place at my house (and anywhere we might take them) from 8am-12noon/ or 10am-3pm (hours may vary) on Tuesday & Wednesday’s every week.

• Off leash training

This program is designed for clients who have already done basic obedience lessons with us and wish to advance even more in their training.

Off leash obedience requires many different methods depending on the dog and owner. It takes a great level of skill and consistent training to make sure your dog is reliable in all different environments and distractions. We take this very seriously because it should be treated as a privilege that you and your dog must earn, not a right! To give a dog that much freedom without reliability and control is extremely dangerous. If you are ready to advance to the next level give us a call and we will take you there!

Off leash results will include;

• Reliable Recall under any distraction (one of the most important things in dog training)

• Obedience you have learned but while off leash 

• Playing your favorite activities with your dog while in front of distractions: Fetch, tug, frisbee, etc

• Enjoying the outdoors while allowing your dog to “be a dog” all while staying safe!
  
  

• Board aNd train

Are you needing to start fresh with your dog? Have you been putting off training?

Well, we offer board and training to help you out with laying a training foundation for your beloved companion!
a board and train entails us having your dog come to live in our home for 2-3 weeks - depending on what issues you need help tackling. This gives time to help break bad habits by being in a different environment and to start laying a foundation for training and communication.

This does not mean your dog will be a finished trained dog by any means, but by laying a foundation for you the owner to better aid you! Your dog will have the foundation laid out and we show you how to properly maintain this! Sometimes owners have a hard time putting in all those repetitions that our dog needs to set them up for success. They take many micro baby steps and most people just don’t have the time to do that. We are here to help get you and your dog on the right path!
